Big News!

Record Label Showcases this year for the first time.  We welcome The Record Machine and Money Wolf Music to curate the stages at Czar and Collection.

We at 90.1 & CMF try to cover as many genres as we can with this event to give a cross section of what is going on in the KC Music community on this very special September weekend.

As in the past you can get a wristband for the entire festival or just pay a cover to each venue if you just want to go there.

90.1 DJ’s will be MC’s for each stage and will be engaging the music community as a whole.

90.1 will be recording some of the stages for broadcast at a later time.

KCVLAA Legal Bootcamp for Musicians // Noon – 5pm

This is a fundraiser for 90.1FM KKFI so Vinyl Renaissance will be giving out $10 gift certificates to any of their stores for a $25 donation to KKFI.

Starhaven Rounders are one of, if not, the best old school country bands today.  Drawing from the songbook starting in the 30′s and going up to the 70′s, they have been thrilling audiences for years.  Their beautiful 3 part harmonies will send chills up and down your spine, while the fiddle saws off some down home stompin’ music.  The pedal steel will take you one way and the lead guitar will take you the other.  Come see for your self

They might just know the song you yell out?  One thing is for sure, you will have fun.

Adam Stafford @ Cinder Block Brewery

Adam Stafford colorAdam Stafford is the lead male vocalist and guitar player in the Starhaven Rounders, and is a man of many talents, not the least of which is singing and playing great songs.  He may stick to country?  He may play some Rock & Roll?  He might just know the song you yell out?  One thing is for sure, you will have fun.
