Per KKFI Bylaws, the quarterly meetings of the Active Members are first Mondays in January, April, July and October. However, since seven-days notice of the October meeting was not given for timely, the next Quarterly Meeting of the Active Members of the Mid-Coast Radio Project has been rescheduled to meet this requirement. Section 8 of the Bylaws states that “a special Active Members meeting may be called by the board or any five Active Members.”
The rescheduled special meeting has been called by Active Members Charles Ferruzza, Kathy Peters, Steve Peters, Judy Ancel and Mark Manning.

in the Station Annex, 3901 Main Street
This meeting will be preceded by a Programmers Meeting at 6 p.m.*
