KKFI Band Auction
Monday, 03/05/07 - Sunday, 03/11/07
The 2007 KKFI Band Auction will begin Monday, March 5th and last until at least Sunday, March 11th.
Here's how it works: Local bands are spotlighted during 30 minute prescheduled time slots. Listeners are encouraged to call into KKFI offices and bid on the band being spotlighted. The highest bidder receives a two hour gig from the band being auctioned, at a place and time to be worked out between the bidder and the band.
It's a win-win-win situation. The bands receive exposure on KKFI's 100,000 watt station; the bidder receives a two hour concert; and KKFI receives the funds.
