The Kansas Appleseed board comprises leading Kansas attorneys who volunteer their expertise to improve the fair administration of justice. They are part of the Appleseed Network, a partnership of seventeen independent justice centers in the U.S. and Mexico working to defeat poverty and injustice.

Today Host Craig Lubow talks with Benet Magnusson, Executive Director of Kansas Appleseed. Benet is a native of Lawrence, Kansas. His career has been dedicated to nonprofit advocacy on behalf of impoverished and excluded communities.
