The Meetings will be held on January 20th from 5:00pm-7:30pm, and January 21st from 9:00am-11:30am at the Electrician’s Hall located at 301 East 103rd Street Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64114

Free Information and Assistance will be provided on how to file for tax-free benefits up to $400,000 and free healthcare under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA.) Presentations will be given by many speakers such as DOL Ombudsman, Malcolm Nelson and NIOSH Ombudsman, Denise Brock. The Resource Center will also be available to help with the filing process.

If you have already filed a claim and been approved, you may be eligible for additional healthcare benefits and compensation.

If you have been denied, we may be able to assist in reopening your claim.
