The Missouri Association for Alternatives to the Death Penalty will be holding a vigil Tuesday April 22nd in advance of the scheduled execution of William Rousan, on Wednesday. They will be meeting at the JC Nichols Fountain, 47ty and Main, KCMO from 5 to 6pm. You can bring your own sign or use one of theirs.
