Alicia Garza: On Historical Amnesia, and Fighting White Supremacy

We are nearing seven months under President Donald Trump, and many of us who have been paying close attention, and maybe even those of you who haven’t been aware, have been hitting extreme poles of emotions from anger, to indignation. We interview Alicia Garza, Special Projects director for the National Domestic Workers Alliance, and one of the founding leaders of Black Lives Matter, and learn how we can move forward through organizing.
