Colby K. Smith-The Studios Inc Exhibition Space is pleased to present studiosinc:2018 a group exhibition featuring resident artists Ricky Allman, Patty Carroll, Caitlin Horsmon, Misha Kligman, Miguel Rivera, Colby K Smith, Debra M Smith, Hye Young Shin, Susan White, Kathy Liao, and Benjamin Rosenthal on view from 3.09.18 to 4.13.18 with an opening reception Friday March 9 from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.

Studios Inc provides studio space, professional development, networking, and exhibitions for mid-career artists living in the Greater Kansas City metro area. Studios Inc serves as a catalyst behind the visual arts community in the Greater Kansas City area contributing to the city’s economic sustainability and cultural significance. Ian Kloster-Strawberry Hill Museum is honored to host Ian Kloster, visual artist, who will teach a painting class on Saturday March 10. Ian will work with you as the class designs and paints a skyline of Strawberry Hill!

The Strawberry Hill Museum has more than 30 rooms of unique displays. Permanent exhibits highlight the cultures and people of Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Croatia, Slovenia, Ukraine and the Netherlands.

The Hall of Immigrants opened in October 2005. The museum is proud to display pictures and ancestral artifacts from the families who settled in this area during the late 1800s and early 1900s.

The Gift Shop sells a variety of unique items including original works of art and craftsmanship from the Baltic and Slavic countries of Europe and the Kansas City, Kansas community.

The Tea Room is open from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. on weekends and serves delicious, authentic Slavic desserts with tea or coffee. Stop by, relax and enjoy a special treat in our beautiful facility.
