David Luby and students from Paseo Academy of Fine & Performing Arts discuss playwriting with Judith Walcutt of the Mark Time Awards. Walcutt worked with Paseo’s students and in four days they wrote and performed live Radio plays. On June 12th at 7:00pm Paseo’s students will be performing radio plays recorded and live at the Heartland Form for the Mark Time Awards as part of the Hear Now Festival.

GUILDIt founder, Susana Bruhn and members, Luis Garcia, Jessica Borusky, discuss GUILDit, a new program that promotes and supports art entrepreneur in Kansas City. The format is where local artists present specific aspects of their work and business models to the audience. These presentations are followed by question and answer sessions in which ideas are exchanged and connections are made. The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation will host the GUILDit presentations.
