Tell Somebody
"Tell Somebody" is a locally-produced weekly public affairs program on the air on KKFI since September 2005. Tell Somebody strives to provide in-depth coverage of international, national and local issues on important issues and viewpoints often ignored or distorted in the corporate media.
This week on Tell Somebody, we’ll listen to a panel discussion recorded on May 30 at the Left Forum in New York. This panel was billed “Betrayed by Our Government–The Costs of Needless War: Deceased, Injured Veterans, Families, Moral Injury”.
It was moderated by Phil Donahue, and featured former Marine and State Department Official Matthew Hoh, Keven Lucey, father of a Marine Corporal who committed suicide after making it home, former CIA analyst Ray McGovern, and Kansas Citian Cathy Smith, mother of Iraq war veteran Tomas Young, who died last November. The event was sponsored by Military Families Speak Out.
