Blue Room Live
Blue Room Live is a series of live concert recording and interviews with the artists. The object of this show is to shine a light on the fact that Jazz influences all other styles of music and vice versa.
Bobby Watson performed in The Blue Room at the American Jazz Museum on Dec. 18th, 2015. He sat in with Grupo Aztlan & the TJ Marley Trio and when both bands joined in for a live example of how Jazz and Latin music have influenced each other.
The Jazz Disciple will be interviewing Bobby about the show and anything else that happens to pop up during an hour of music and education from one of Kansas City’s elder statesmen of Jazz.
