This week’s show comes from Aug. 13, our annual collaboration with the International Bluegrass Music Assn. where they help us feature some of the most exciting acts in the genre. We never know who will be nominated for awards at the afternoon’s press conference, but we have a pretty fine track record of booking nominated acts. And this year we went four for four.

Becky Buller is a respected side musician and songwriter who’s pursuing a solo career. Songwriter of the Year nominee.
Balsam Range has blown up out of Western NC, winning Album of the Year last year. Nominated for Vocal Group, Instrumental Group and Entertainer of the Year.
