Common Cause President Bob Edgar returns to Tell Somebody to talk about Common Cause and Demos’s new report “Bullies at the Ballot Box – Protecting the Freedom to Vote Against Wrongful Challenges and Intimidation.”
George S. McGovern died Sunday morning at the age of 90.  Tom Klammer met McGovern in 2004 while was in Kansas City on tour for his book “The Essential America – Our Founders and the Liberal Tradition,” and arranged a subsequent phone interview about that book and McGovern’s PhD thesis and later book about the Ludlow massacre.  We’ll re-air the September 2004 interview with McGovern that originally aired on the  Heartland Labor Forum.
