Toni Choate is a resident of Kansas City, her education and licensure credentials: Career Education Systems – Real Estate Education licensing for the State of Missouri, The University of Missouri Kansas City, BA in Psychology with a minor in film studies, MCC Penn Valley Campus, A.A. Liberal Arts, graduating high school from Bishop Hogan High School.

She is currently a member of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Realtist, Greater Kansas City Association of Real Estate Brokers (GKCAREB) Secretary of organization, National Association of Realtors (NAR) Realtor, Missouri Realtors, and Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) were for the past 4 years she has served on Missouri advocacy committee where she has served on advisory committees on the boards behalf.

At present Toni is a sales consultant with Keller Williams Realty Partners, Inc. licensed and serving Missouri.

Toni is a strong advocate for homeownership for those that want to own; and a passionate believer that everyone should take it upon themselves to be well informed about the process to be able to make real choice. As a Real Estate consultant, she believes in the Win-Win. If clients/customers are educated about the process and is realistic about their capabilities. They will achieve the outcome that they desire and have a good home buying experience.
