What makes Mexico City so beautiful, so effervescent, so diverse… no amount of words can truly capture the city. Yet Mexico City, a bustling, lively metropolis of 21 million people, is saddled with many problems. The depth of the city, however, stems from its history, the struggles endured over hundreds of years by different civilizations, and it provides a foundation of culture and identity for growth and change.
