Tell Somebody
"Tell Somebody" is a locally-produced weekly public affairs program on the air on KKFI since September 2005. Tell Somebody strives to provide in-depth coverage of international, national and local issues on important issues and viewpoints often ignored or distorted in the corporate media.
Attorney / author Jeff Clements spoke downtown at the Central Library (Baltimore & 10th Street) back in October. A couple hundred people showed up, in spite of the fact that it was the same night as Game 7 in the World Series.
Clements will punctuate the argument made in his book, Corporations are Not People, that the Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United ruling to sharply ease restrictions on political spending by corporations and unions “upended the American ideal that we are a government of people rather than a government of corporate wealth.”
