This week’s guest is David Dufty. David completed a psychology degree with honours at the University of Newcastle and earned a Ph.D. also in psychology at the University of Sydney in 2002. He moved to the United States in 2003 where he was a post doctoral fellow at the University of Tennessee. He now lives in Canberra, where he works for the Australian government .

David’s first book, Lost in Transit: The Strange Story of the Philip K. Dick Android, was published by Melbourne University Publishing in July 2011, in March 2012 in the UK by OneWorld as Losing the Head of Philip K. Dick and in Italy by Fanucci. The book will also be published in the US by Holt in June, 2012 as How to Build an Android.
