On Under The Radar, John Todd welcomes David George of the David George Band to the KKFI studio about his unique approach to alternative rock.

About the artist (from the group’s Facebook page):

David George spent his youth in Kansas City listening to top-40 radio and fighting with his sisters over their parent’s 45’s and vinyl records. It makes sense that David’s recent and first solo effort Love/Life has brought him back to his roots. After nearly ten years of in-your-face Rock and Roll with bands Moaning Lisa and Culture Killers, David has put down the Les Paul and picked up the acoustic, and has delivered twelve extraordinary pop songs about love and life.
