“The Tasty Brew” is an eclectic mix of roots music formed by the shared and varied traditions that make up the American musical melting pot.
This is of the time of year, when among other overindulgences, we are hammered with everyone’s so called “Best Of” List. It’s just too daunting a task this year in Americana Music; the genres collectively known as Americana were simply awash with fantastic music from veterans and newbies alike. Diana Linn was only able to touch the tip of the iceberg for you in 2012 and she anxiously awaits sharing a fraction of the treasure trove this music has to offer you in 2013. Over the next couple of weeks, you will hear some of Diana Linn’s favorites in Americana Music in 2012 as well as those recommended by her very discerning and tasteful listeners of The Tasty Brew.
