Dreams: Messengers Of Wisdom with Anne Scott

Our dreams are speaking to us and we must welcome and hold them like a baby. “You have to hold it, remember your dream. You might write it down. You might hold it in your heart or just hold the difficult parts with love. You don’t have to do anything. It might come into your mind throughout the day – just in and out – or maybe at night before you go to sleep. Just remember it. Otherwise it disappears. It recedes. We lose that particular moment when some healing quality comes from the inner world to help revive our lives,” says Anne Scott. Here she gives guidance as to how to tap into the wisdom that speaks to us through our dreams, how to interpret them, and how to start a dream circle of your own. (hosted by Justine Willis Toms)
