Molly Merrigan, Commissioner for Family Drug Court, has worked as both a prosecutor and defense    attorney with the Adult Drug Court.  She also has worked with residential drug and alcohol treatment facilities and the Board of Probation.  Commissioner Merrigan will talk about what is being done through the Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative to prevent juveniles from coming into the system.
