In this second part of her talk at the internatonal conference on Gross National Happiness, Marilyn Waring includes games non-governmental organizations play, and brain drain tactics rich countries use to siphon off trained medical professionals. She also fields questions and comments from the audience. Waring became well known following a 1995 National Film Board of Canada video documentary on her work, titled Who’s Counting: Sex, Lies and Global Economics.
