WINGS: Women's International News Gathering Service is an all-woman independent radio production company that produces and distributes news and current affairs programs by and about women around the world.
Keynote address at the American Public Health Association 2017 annual meeting by Eriel Tchekwie Deranger, Executive Director of Indigenous Climate Action and a member of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation (ACFN) of Northern Alberta, Canada. Starting with tar sands development opposition, she has become an international spokesperson for indigenous people opposing corporate pollution and demanding formal representation at climate talks.
