This week’s Global Roots show will take listeners on a musical and cultural journey of Japan. As we journey to Japan, cross cultural influences in folk music, festival music and contemporary music including rock, rap and country genres will be shared. We’ll also hear from musical guests that will be performing these types of music at the upcoming Japan Festival on Oct 1.
