On October 11th-13th, longtime labor activists from all over the U.S. and Canada will hold a conference at the University of Missouri-St. Louis to memorialize labor strategist Jerry Tucker, sum up his legacy and vision and discuss the future of the labor movement. Leaders from the Chicago Teachers Union, Domestic Workers, LA Bus Riders Union, and the Fast Food Workers will be presenting. This week’s Heartland Labor Forum will play highlights from our award-winning show about Jerry and talk with conference organizers about what’s planned. Thursday at 6pm, rebroadcast Friday at 5am.
