For nearly three decades, Eric D. Jones, President of Kansas City Credit Union has directed internal operations, strategic planning processes, managed assets, and implemented business development functions for community-based financial service institutions and small businesses in the Midwestern United States. He’s also been
responsible for managing a $61 million commercial loan portfolio and business deposits in excess of $18 million, as well as launching various innovative products, expanding market share, and diversifying revenue streams in order to boost the bottom line.
