South Dakota Public Utilities Commision will be holding the FINAL hearings to decided whether or not to re-certify Trans Canada’s permit to put SD lands and waters the KXL through South Dakota. Be it on horse back, bike, or on foot concerned citizens from across the state and the region will unite and ride into Pierre crossing the sacred Missouri River to communicate that they demand better then KXL.
