Foolkiller Folk
The Foolkiller Folk collective explores the storytelling, cultural, and protest power of folk music from as far back as the Child Ballads through as current as released today.

Today we bring you local artists, a bit of political commentary, and some Sunday morning gospel interleaved among a collection of songs from Americana artists we haven’t played before.
Tune in for local artists Betse & Clark from their recording ‘Still River Rise’; Shapiro Brothers from their recording ‘Shapiro Brothers’; and Hank Schwartz from his recording ‘Notes along the Way’; political commentary from Woody Guthrie, Bettye LaVette, Phil Ochs and Andre Williams; and gospel songs from Red Tail Ring, The Earls of Leicester, and Becky Buller; plus songs we like from Chicago Farmer, Molly Tuttle & John Mallander, Jack Tempchin, Rob McHale, Dennis Jay, and Paul Sachs.
