This week on Sprouts, we bring you a delicious and delightful treat from our affiliate in Paris, France. Paris Good Food + Wine is a podcast produced and hosted by Paige Donner in Paris. Today were featuring the last episode of their third season, in which she speaks with chef Mauro Colagreco, whose restaurant Mirazur is #4 on San Pellegrino’s top 50 restaurants list. In the second half of the show, we’ll hear from landscape architect Christophe Gautrand, whose rooftop herb garden graces the dishes of his restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Paris.
