Private Corrections Institute, Stopping Private Prisons In Their Tracks – A Conversation With Frank Smith

The Private Corrections Institute has been fighting the private prison industry for years and they are pretty good at it. Whenever they hear of a community that is being wooed by GEO, Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) and others they show up to give the other side of the story. PCI has become the depository for a treasure trove of information that the corporations don’t want you to know. If you need help fighting the for-profit private corrections industry, they are there to help. PCI has the data, the experts and the resources to successfully organize opposition.

Today host Craig Lubow will speak with Frank Smith, a former Corrections employee and one of the founders of Private Corrections Institute. Frank is an entertaining and informed speaker for his cause and always looking for a young person to take up the baton.
