Violin virtuoso and Professor of mathematics Purnaprijna Bangare discusses the connection of Geometry and Indian classical music … and all that is coming up ahead of the Purna Loka Ensemble performance , a collaborative effort with David Balakrishnan, of the multi-Grammy Award-winning Turtle Island Quartet. Joining them will be KKFI’s own radio host and bass virtuoso Jeff Harshbarger from Kansas City and the talented Amit Kavthekar from Boston on Tabla.
