Rev. David Nelson, Interfaith Council

Rev. David Nelson, DMin is the Chair of the Kansas City Interfaith Council and will be our guest on Thursday, June 30.  Our topic will be “POWER – who’s got it and how to get it?”  Many things divide us — race, religion, money and power.  David Nelson has much experience with the differences in faith (religion), so why not find the similarities between religious diversity and racial diversity? Another question:  “How can a person of color develop the power to make more opportunities for all people?”  All? Yes, all.
