Set Up? Child Porn Files Put On Your Computer Without Your Knowledge…It Does Happen

Dr Michael Taylor’s son was a student at UMKC studying for his classes one evening when he decided to take a break and check out his computer. He came across a zip file he did not recognize and had not downloaded. When he opened the file to see what it was he was flooded with picture of Child Pornography. He was horrified and started to delete the pictures. Within minutes the police were at his door and arresting him. What happened to this young man is a cautionary tale for all of us. This case illustrates when charges of harming children are brought the courts they are tried on emotion rather than the facts.

Today’s host Attorney David Bell talks with Dr Michael Taylor, a constitutional scholar about his son’s case and the violations of his son’s rights in the courtroom and the police station. Since his son has been convicted and sent to prison the two of them have found many more cases just like his.
