Sky Smeed on The Tasty Brew Music Radio Show

Host Diana Linn welcomes back to The Tasty Brew Music Radio Show Kansas singer songwriter Sky Smeed.  Brewheads have recently been treated to new tunes from Smeed’s latest offering “Lunker Bass” set to be officially released at The Record Bar in Kansas City on April 1.

Sky Smeed was born and raised outside Chanute, Kansas in an old one-room schoolhouse his parents bought and turned into a home in the early 1970’s.  Last year Sky sold the house in the country he built by hand and moved to Lawrence, Kansas to be closer to a non-stop supply of creativity, community and culture.  Sky said much of the material from “Lunker Bass” came together naturally and easy and after two trips to Europe in the past year, has found a sweet spot for his songcraft on “Lunker Bass.”
