TAKE TWO: “The Death of Stalin” (R)

Armando Iannucci, the satirist behind TV’s “Veep,” focuses his cynical eye on 1953 Russia in the nasty, pitch black comedy, “The Death of Stalin.” When the dictator dies in 1953, his underlings begin their back-stabbing manipulations to replace him. Steve Buscemi, Jeffrey Tambor and a crack cast of British actors reenact the mayhem.
