The "Take Two" short segment reviews independently made films and art-house movies currently showing in Kansas City. Take Two first went on the air in 2012 and is co-hosted by Russ Simmons, producer of the “Freeze Frame” short segment, and Susan Sanders.

At the age of 81, filmmaker Eleanor Coppola (wife of Francis Ford Coppola and mother of Sophia) wrote and directed her first dramatic film “Paris Can Wait.” Diane Lane plays the wife of a successful Hollywood producer (Alec Baldwin). While in France, she goes on a cross-country drive with one of her husband’s associates (Aranud Viard). Does a romance evolve? Susan and Russ find common ground in their reaction to this romantic road film.
