The All Souls Unitarian Universalist Forum, Kansas City's longest ongoing conversation, has offered a platform for the discussion of significant issues since 1943.
Cities across the nation are dealing with problems of solvency–how to attain and maintain it while sustaining economic growth. Troy Schulte was appointed Kansas City, Mo., City Manager on 31 May 2011, after serving as budget officer for over seven years. He will discuss tax incentives, deferred taxes and other issues related to development occurring now in Kansas City.
