Khadijah and the White Guy welcome Tex Sample to discuss workforce issues related to construction and other industries.  Why is there still so much inequity?  What role does race play in people’s ability to earn a living?  Tex has a long history in community organizing and was also a popular seminary professor at St. Paul’s here in Kansas City for 20 years.  He brings a racial justice perspective that has roots in the Old Testament.  As always, we’ll be taking YOUR calls!
