“The Election Outcome and Women” with June Carbone

June Carbone, the Edward A. Smith/Missouri Chair of Law, the Constitution and Society at UMKC, will discuss how the outcome of the election will likely affect women and their families.  Professor Carbone writes about legal issues surrounding marriage and family, especially within the context of changes in biotechnology.  Her new book with Naomi Cahn, Red Families v. Blue Families: Legal Polarization and the Creation of Culture, was published in 2009.
