Today’s Guest on Three Sisters Radio is Author and Educator Anna Lapp , known for her work as an expert on food systems and as a sustainable food advocate. She is the daughter of author Frances Moore Lapp and toxicologist Marc Lappe, and represents the third generation of food activists in her family.
Her latest book is Diet for a Hot Planet: The Climate Crisis at the End of Your Fork and What You Can Do About It, and her latest project, Food Myth Busters, is a collaborative endeavor to expose myths about industrial agriculture and to share the positive story of sustainable farming.
