The Sounds of Friendship

It was October 1972…Université de Strasbourg, Département de Mathématiques et Physique…Karin spots this new guy with a never-seen-before type of jacket (a Michigan U letter jacket as she learned many years later), a killer hairdo, and a beard…Bernard and Karin met! They only spent one school year in the same country since then but never lost touch; they no longer live on the same continent so Bernard’s visit to Kansas City from France as a Guest DJ on Diana Linn’s Tasty Brew Edition of The Morning Buzz is a pleasure we want to share with you!  It will be a unique and once in a lifetime show as Bernard shares with us his love of American Bluegrass and Roots music with selections most likely never before heard on KKFI.  Bernard is also a musician and will be performing for us live in the studio.  You don’t want to miss this one!
