A lot of people haven’t decided how to vote in the August 5th election, which asks voters in Kansas City and Missouri to approve new taxes for streetcars and roads. This week on the Heartland Labor Forum, we’ll get you both sides of the issue and the Transportation Sales Tax and the Street Car Referendum so you can decide.
