Under the Covers – Part Deux

A couple of weeks ago during the Fall Pledge Drive, The Tasty Brew Edition of Your Tuesday Morning Buzz featured many of Diana Linn’s favorite artists performing covers of other favorite artists’ songs.  She only got about half of the songs in, what with chatting it up with the listeners and all, so this week she’ll finish off her original Under the Covers playlist as well as featuring the music of Todd Snider.  Rolling Stone magazine calls Todd “America’s sharpest musical storyteller.”   Snider fans believe he has never been within 100 miles of boring.  He didn’t earn the attention, friendship and fandom of American musical giants like Kris Kristofferson, Jerry Jeff Walker and John Prine by writing mopey protest songs.  Come out from under the covers and tune in from 6-8 am Tuesday for a tasty brew of Americana/Bluegrass/Country/Roots music.
