Venezuelan Elections Redux and We Heart Snail Mail

When Hugo Chavez won the presidency of Venezuela last fall, Jimmy Carter said they run were the best-run elections he’d ever seen. What about last month’s elections for the late president’s successor? Robin Alexander of the United Electrical workers’ union observed both elections and says this one was a different story.
