WINGS: Women's International News Gathering Service is an all-woman independent radio production company that produces and distributes news and current affairs programs by and about women around the world.
An historic vote by the United Nations added the rights to water and sanitation to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Canadian Maude Barlow tells how this happened and the difference it is making.
Maude Barlow, chair of the Council of Canadians, has authored many books on global water science and politics, including Blue Gold, Blue Covenant, and Blue Future.
