Theresa Dancemaze and Jen Harris also join us to share info about this international collection of vignettes which tell the intimate stories of women through the art form of belly dancing. Hand selected for this production, KC’s finest belly dancers join Raksanna’s Desert Flames Near East Dance Ensemble for this celebration of courage and triumph. At 10:30 Mark talks with company members of Spinning Tree Theatre‘s “A Little Night Music” running through May 24, at Off Center Theatre, in Crown Center, 2450 Grand, Kansas City, MO. Set in 1900 Sweden and inspired by the Ingmar Bergman film “Smiles of a Summer Night.” The “Send in the Clowns” musical, was the winner of the 1973 Tony Awards for Best Musical, Best Original Score and Best Book of a Musical.
