At 10:30 Mark talks with Chase the Horseman who joins us to share new music. Chase the Horseman is a band, film composer, multi-instrumentalist, audio engineer, and producer. He has composed music for over 36 films and as musician has collaborated with Clairaudients, Teri Quinn, Heidi Lynne Gluck, and many more. Chase the Horseman plays recordBar, 1520 Grand Blvd, KCMO, on Saturday, June 10, with Nation of Languge, Bedroom Wounds, Y The Ghost, and The Black Creatures.

At 11:15, Dwight Frizzell, of the KC based “groovy polyphonic jazz/dance” band, Black Crack Revue, now in their 35th year, joins us to talk about The National Audio Theatre Festivals, 5th Annual, HEAR Now: The Audio Fiction & Arts Festival, June 8 – June 11, in Kansas City. Frizzell works as an assistant professor at The KC Art Institute, is a founding member of the newEar contemporary chamber ensemble, and is host & producer of “From Arc To Microchip” Wednesdays at 11:30 PM on 90.1 FM.
