At 10:15 Mark talks with members of the Kansas City super-group, Dead Voices. Formed in September of 2010, the band includes: David Regnier, Jason Beers, Matt Richey, Michael Stover, and sometimes Marco Pascolini and Lauren Krum. The band is releasing their six-song debut EP with a special live performance, Saturday, April 20, at 10:00 at the recordBar, 1020 Westport Rd. with Austerity Measures, and The Ants. At 10:30 – Two Headed Cow bring their incredible songs back to Wednesday MidDay Medley. They’ll play LIVE and give YOU the chance to make a bid. Two Headed Cow was formed by Bj McArthur and Tod Davis who moved to Kansas City from Pensacola Florida. Once in KC they changed their name to: Two Headed Cow for a more regional appeal. They are currently releasing their brand new recording, “Zen Again” from Saunders Street Records. Two Headed Cow will be playing LIVE at It’s Beautiful Day on 4/20. At 11:00 – The Depth and The Whisper join us live in our 90.1 FM studios. Kansas City musicians Albert Bickley and Dave Tanner formed The Depth and The Whisper in late 2010 as an avenue to share new songs and ideas. Since then, the songwriting duo have pulled together some of the area’s best musical talents to bring the compositions to life on stage and in the studio.
