Mark plays New & Mid Coastal Releases from: Actors & Actresses, Arc Flash, CS Luxem, Toughies, Rachel Mallin, Dreamgirl, Rev Gusto, Your Friend, Monta At Odds, Organized Crimes, Barrel Maker & D/Will, Doby Watson, and Thee Water Moccasins.
At 10:30 Mark talks with Shaun Crowley, guitarist for the band Rev Gusto, who joins us to share details on Manor Fest 2015. Manor Fest is the first festival sized “house show,” featuring 12 bands, in one basement, at the Shawnee Manor, July 11. Bands include: Dreamgirl, Westerners, Spirit Is the Spirit, Toughies, Rachel Mallin, Scruffy & the Janitors, Pink Royal, Rev Gusto, and Your Friend.
At 11:00 Mark welcomes Rolf Petermann, of Whatever Forever Tapes, who joins us to talk about Whatever Forever’s new compilation tape – mostly local psych rock, that will be released July 24 and 25, at Forever Fest, in Lawrence, Kansas! Joining Rolf will be members of CS Luxem and Arc Flash who will play LIVE in our 90.1 FM Studios.
