Diana Linn is sitting in for Linda Wilson on Womansong this week and will be telling the stories of women’s lives through the music of ladies from the world of Blues, R& B, Americana, Bluegrass, Pop, Country, Rock…as many tunes as she can squeeze in the two hours between 11 am and 1 pm right after The Blues Kitchen. Local artists represented will be Blues Goddess Samantha Fish, Rockers Katy Guillen and the Girls, Country Sweetheart Sara Morgan and Songwriter Joy Zimmerman. Other favorites will include Joan Osborne, Courtney Patton, Adele, Amy Speace, LeAnn Rimes, Maria Muldaur, Shemekia Copeland, Rose Cousins, Joni Mitchell, Tina Turner, Dixie Chicks and many many more.
